Ordering Instructions

To begin the ordering process, please contact us via email at the link below.  When you write, please include your name, address, phone and a description of what kind of finished work you were looking for (see chart below for sizes and prices).  We will then be able to give you an approximate timeframe in which your artwork will be completed (due to demand, ordering for holidays is not suggested).  Usually, finished works are completed within 4 to 6 weeks of start of work.

You will be asked to furnish 3 to 5 detailed photos of your pet/pets.  What is needed will depend on what you would like in your finished work, i.e. - single head shot, full body, both, multiple pets, etc.  What Amy is striving for is to capture your pet's favorite "look," the quirk that sets him/her apart.  That will be your job...to furnish Amy with the expressions/impressions that YOU would like to remember!

Before the work is begun, a deposit of half the final cost will be required (costs are calculated on size, number of images and any extra details you might desire in your final piece).  A low-res file will be sent to you via email to confirm completion of work, after which the balance of the final cost will be due.  Upon receiving the final payment, your new artwork and your original photos will then be shipped directly to you via Priority Mail.  If necessary, other shipping options can also be arranged to suit your needs.

All monetary transactions are handled through PayPal, the internet's safest, most secure, worry-free way to transfer funds online.  You do not have to be a member to use this service!  When you are at the point where a payment is needed, we will send you an invoice via email, through PayPal, which will take you step-by-step through the payment process.  You will go through this process once to put down your deposit and a second time to pay the balance using any of the major credit cards to do so.  No, sorry...we do not accept personal checks.
